What I Ate Wednesday

I figured I would join the party, since I love Jen so much and it is fun to join in at this big party every week! I have joined in a couple times, but has been sooooooooo long!  I am just going to start off with lunch yesterday!


  • Lunch Yesterday

A spinach wrap with egg,turkey bacon, spinach, salsa, and guacamole! I also had an apple with this too!

  • Afternoon Snack

Luna Fiber peanut butter and strawberry bar. I love these, the blueberry vanilla one is another favorite of mine!

  • Dinner

A spinach salad bowl with veggies, meatless balls, and garlic hummus dressing. I am obsessed with garlic

I also topped my salad with these garlic crackers for crunch, great addition!

  • Dessert

Chobani bite yum! I love this flavor and am dying to try the pineapple and caramel one as well.

A bag of these were thrown in the mix today too, so good and so addicting!

  • Breakfast This Morning

I found these new waffles yesterday at the store and decided to try them Special K red berries waffles!

I topped them with sunflower seed butter, chobani yogurt sweetened with lil shuga, and raspberries!

They were good!

I always am munching on something since being pregnant especially, but these are the main meals I had and highlights from Wednesday and breakfast today!

I am not a blogger who posts everything they eat, never have been and never will. I think people compare too much when it comes to what others eat and when you do that, you can fall into a bad trap. I know sometimes even when I am on instagram and see photos of peoples meals, I think I eat too much! LOL!

Or are they eating too little?

You have to do what is best for YOUR body when it comes to everything, eating is one of those things! Make sure you are eating enough to fuel your body and don’t compare your eating to others, no need to do that! All unique and all have different needs!

I have a growing baby inside, so I am eating more, but really only 300 more calories a day, which is what my doctor told me to do. I have days where I may go over those 300, but I don’t stress, I DON’T COUNT CALORIES!

I make sure I am eating enough for my baby and I, the end! I am right on track with weight gain and have a healthy pregnancy, so I am doing the right thing.
